dimension label problem

When I dim from point to point everthing works fine.
When I select a line and dynamic or static label it is labeled as
N 0000'00" E 0.00'

Oh, also when I redraw the line table all bearings go to 00 and all distances go to 00.

I need to erase the table a re-create it for the new dim labels.

What can I do to fix this?
