Autocad/Coade linetype compatability

We are using autocad linetypes for P&IDs and when these drawings are opened up in Coade the same linetypes do not have the complex linetypes, they are just plain lines. The same thing has happened when we have opened some of the Coade drawings to update them with Autocad. Can someone tell me how to use Coade linetypes within Autocad or if it is even possible?

Sounds like a question for Coade. They should know if they support AutoCAD linetypes or not.
