express tools for AD4

Hi,
I can't install express tools,
I'm getting a message:
'installation ended prematurely because of an error'
any ideas what's wrong?

The CD may be dirty or damaged,

attempt to copy it's contents to a folder on your hard drive
and try to install from there.
Also be sure to turn off or disable any anti-virus software
before running install.
