using the topo tool

I need to make a site that shows the correct sea level contours.

When I draw it at it's right height 9,300' the topo tool only shows every 10' contours, when I draw it a 9,300' = 0' it shows every 1'.... why?

btw, I did change the view range to 9,500' instead of 400'

You have to go to Settings menu and change the Site Settings.
