Connection - Moment - Filled

I loaded from Revit the moment filled family. When I went to create an instance it created a break line...I tried opening the file and it was exactly what I needed. I then tried just to load it from the online library and got the same break line. SO has anyone run into this? Am I missing something? As always any help will be greatly appreciated.

by the way I also tried it with connection column filled triangle and got the same results...
