Correcting total count of attributed blocks with same item p/n across multiple drawings when extracting attributes.

What I have:

The beginning of a project in which I will take existing multiple electrical cable block drawings and add attributed blocks that contain vendor information of computer and electronic items.

Some items (same exact part numbers) are duplicated on multiple drawings.

Use Attribute Extraction wizard to create Microsoft Access (MDB) file format output.

My problem:

Is there anyway to make items with the same exact part numbers on multiple drawings appear only one time in the output file (Microsoft Access (MDB) file format) but with a total count of all the items (with the same exact part numbers) across all chosen drawings when using the Attribute Extraction wizard?
