Excel Keynote Snafu

So, I am editing the default keynote txt file in excel when I discovered that 06090.e13 is being read by excel as 06090 x 10^13 or 060900000000000. Seriously messing up my stuff. Does anyone have any idea on how to stop excel from doing this on import?

When you import the TXT file, make sure that the column with the offending value is set to "Text", not "General"
