Working with Groups

I have 2 users working on a multifamily housing project with unit types being drawn as groups. Unfortunately, I am not actually working on the project, and I haven't used groups extensively since version 9.1. The groups keep getting ungrouped, and it's not realized until it's too late to be relatively easily fixed.

I have told them not to ungroup groups when warning or error messages pop up - but is there some other way I'm missing that would ungroup groups?

We're already not using hosted elements and not joining walls in groups to walls not in the group.

If groups are getting ungrouped someone is checking the box to do so. No real worries because all groups are still in your project browser, just drag and drop it back into place.
