New section head issues

I created a new section head for a detail that has a smaller radius to not clutter up my reflected ceiling plans. I was able to create everything just fine with the exception of the Section Line. Now that the radius of the circle has been reduced from 1/4” to 3/16” the section line no longer meets up with the section heads. I can’t seem to find any spot where this variable is actually controlled. The only spot I found was in Object Style where there is a category called Section Line which controls the Line Weight, Line Style and Color. Nothing seems to allow me to eliminate this space.

Has anybody seen this before?

Have a look at a modified M_section Head made half as big as the original one.
I kept the invisible lines I used as construction lines.

I had the opposite problem with a new, bigger section head. The answer lies here:

I thought Revit didn't really deal with coordinates and origins - except with section head families, I guess.
