How to separate keynotes for elevation and plan

I have keynotes on plan and elevation that are same numbers, but I would like to separate them on schedules when I create a schedule for plan or elevation, how can I make Revit to bring the related elevation keynotes to a elevation sheet, but not all the keynotes to this schedule?

I've only done this for detail and elevation sheets, but I think it should work for you.

highlight the keynote schedule in your view/sheet list
click on properties
select filters
check the filter by sheet button (lower left corner)
