The point filters have become an invaluable asset when I am laying out ductwork and piping. My wish is for the point filters (.x, .y, .z, .xy, .xz) to be accessible through my 5th mouse button.
More so, I would also like the ability to set a point filter variable where it does not ask for the other coordinates, for example: ".x of (need yz)". It would assume that the other coordinates are "@0,0,0" This would save me an unnecessary step.
If possible, when point filter menu is openend using the 5th mouse buttion wheel, I would like the ability to choose which filter I need by typing "xx" for .x, "yy" for .y, "zz" for .z," xy" for .xy and "xz" for .xz. This becomes much faster than moving the mouse to highlight the desired selection.
This would make life so much easier. Thanks in advance for any assistance with this wish.
