sometimes when I break a section line, and drag the middle grips a dashed box appears. The box does not stay graphically aligned with the section while I am dragging the grips up or down. This gives the impression I am actually moving the section, not jus the grip. Is this true?
Other times, the grips behave as expected and just move up and down the section line, and in or out of the main area of the view.
