Hi all,
When I publish multiple drawings to pdf from the sheet set manager the drawings come out in 1 file which I then have to separate out using Acrobat. Is there a preference somewhere I can set so that each drawing is a pdf on its own? TIA

Depending on what version of AutoCAD and what PDF driver you are using, it's either a setting in the PDF driver and/or the PUBLISHCOLLATE system variable.
( I know you said Adobe, but there are still multiple drivers available)

Unfortunately I'm using ACAD 2007 which doesn't have the publishcollate sysvar, and I can't find any setting in the driver to allow me to publish single sheets.

As far as I know Adobe's driver should have a setting to either combine several prints into one file or not. I'm certain they would not have an "inferior" driver to something like a freeware driver such as PDFCreator, which I know gives you both options.
Are you using AutoCAD's built in DWG to PDF driver? (I can't remember if 2007 included this) If so I'd suggest rather using Adobe's Acrobat Writer (seeing as you've got Acrobat), or alternatively a freeware one such as PDFCreator. The benefits are not only more control over what's produced, but also smaller file size.
