Just when I think I have this shared coordinate thing down, something new pops up. I know shared coordinates has been discussed many times before, but I haven't found a definitive answer yet.
When exporting elevation or section views to dwg by shared coordinates, they still come in at the projects location (and yes I made sure to select shared coordinates in the export options). Exporting 3D views works just fine, but elevations do not. I read about the crop region thing, so I tried turning off all crop regions in the views, but still no luck. I made a test project, and moved the origin elevation to 24' - 0". Exporting the 3D view by shared coordinates works just fine. Exporting any elevation or section view by shared coordinates still comes in ACAD at a z elevation of 0' - 0".
Has anybody been able to export an elevation view by shared coordinates and have it actually behave as expected?
