Create non-device loaded circuits in panel schedule

This came up during my first project that was a remodel of an existing building. We were reusing the existing panel and needed to show which circuits were existing to remain and which circuits were available for use. Since we were not working on the entire building, we only showed work in the areas of intent. I was not able to create, in the schedule, an existing circuit load location, so that revit could fill in the appropriate circuit breaker locations in the panelboard.

There is currently no way to edit a circuit, unless a device(s) are associated to it. The ability to be able to call out "Spare" and "Space" circuit breaker locations is much needed for dealing with future (best practices) needs.
