Attaching a Thumbnail View?

I have posted .rvt files, but I'm not sure how to post a thumbnail view of a project. I see others doing this. what is the process?

In Revit, pick a view, File>Export>Image to JPG and then attach the JPG here along with the RVT. The forum code will make the thumbnail for you from the JPG.
