Concrete steps ? again

These steps were made with revit as an extrusion. I can't seam to make them with the revit stair tool. Is it possible to do so?

Thanks so much. I'm going to study the settings for your steps and figure out how to do it. I have another question. My attached file was much larger than the files you two posted. I purged unused before I posted that file. Next time, what else can I do to get the file size down?

I noticed that too, but unfortunately I don't have an answer. All I did was save your file, open it, make the stairs, then save and close. I was trying to get a large file down to size at work the other day and couldn't do it. Strange...

sfoust, I was able to make the steps myself using yours as a guide, but I have a few questions.
Why did you decide to make the tread and riser thickness 1/16"? Are the steps hollow? When I cut a section thru them, I cannot get them to show filled as a solid concrete fill, shaded grey.

Did you change a material setting ? ( I checked and the concrete fill pattern is there for cut )

the treads have to have a thickness and can't be turned off (as far as I can tell), but since it was the same material as the rest, I just made it very thin and gave it the same material so that it would show up as truly monolithic unless you zoomed in really close.

The risers you can turn off, but if risers are turned off you will not be able to make the slanted profile that you had. Hence, 1/16" thick risers for the same reason as the treads.

As for being hollow, I don't think so, they shouldn't be. I didn't try to cut a section through them though. check the material cut pattern as beegee suggests and maybe the view scale as well (although it would have to be pretty large to not get any visible parts of the pattern). I'll check it when I get in to work tomorrow...
