I need to include a Cost of Beams in a schedule-

Known:
Cut Length of Beams
Price per lin Ft
Cost to install each Beam

I need:
Price per Beam

Total price of All Beams

Seems simple enough but I keep getting an error!

Should look like:
((Cut Length of Beams / 1') * Price per lin Ft) + Cost to install each Beam
