Brick Corbel - doesnt line courses up

i've made a brick corbel wall sweep, and it is set on a brick course yet the fill doesnt line up, can i make it line up?

As long as the surface pattern is a model pattern you should be able to select individual lines and use the move or align tool

You rotate them as well - perhaps useful in the future.
