2 questions -
Is it possible to change the format of the area of a room to read as eg 150 instead of 150000000 - we use 1 unit for 1mm, so when we draw a room of 15m x 10m we draw 15000x10000;
And how do I get the field name of an xref to update when I change the xref - I got ######## instead when I updated. Thanks.

Have a look at this thread: http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=5991&highlight=fields
and this one:

Did you run Update Fields?

Or specificlly what value are you asking the field to use for the xref name?

With the xref, what I did was after getting the name of the xref I then detached the xref & attached another one into the drawing. That's when the xref name changed to #######. But when I changed the xref by re-directing the path to another drawing it updated the name. I guess that's one way to do it.
