Inserting Single Sheets?

Is there a way to insert a single sheet into an existing .DWF file containing multiple sheets like you can a .PDF?

open ADR, then drag and drop a DWF from Windows onto the navigation pane

Or, you can select multiple DWF file in Windows, right click, and choose Merge to make a new DWF with the original files inserted

It's important that you drop the dragged sheet - the one you want to insert - into the Contents palette (for Design Review 2008 and earlier).
If you drop the sheet on the Canvas/viewing area, you will be creating a new DWF file, containg only the dropped sheet(s).
