I do a lot of dealerships, Ford, Chevy,Dodge, ect. Does anyone know of or have access to revit vehicles that are particular to make and model?

You can import DWG and DXF models into a blank site or parking family to make as many Revit cars as you want. Also, if you've got AutoCAD or 3D Studio, you can open 3DS files and export them as DWG/DXF. There are tons of 3DS files of cars out there...

Be careful about RPC cars, however. Only RPC 2 content works with Revit, RPC 3+ (which is what a lot of the cars are) doesn't.

I am not so sure, and perhaps you've already thought of this, but
ya might consider importing some "free" cars found at places like the Sketchup forum
or "objective networks", etc. I'll bet some of the other 3d modelling packages have got some
real nice free ones too

Thanks for the input guys. I am currently working on a Dodge dealership. They have provided me with some renderings that they have to show the dealers what they want their facilities to look like. They have Rams, P.T. Cruisers, their models in the renderings. I might try to get one of those electronically.

If these manufacturers want us to use their products, they'd better start producing some Revit libraries! C'mon Dodge!
