Network Render with VIZ render in ADT

I have search the Knowledge Base, and called the local
AutoDesk vendor to no avail.

Has anyone tried, or is it even possible to perform a network
render operation with ADT's implementation of the VIZ render engine?
This is possible in Viz and Max even without authorizing the installation
of the program.

As far as I know -- there is no way to perform a network render with ADT 2004/5 Viz Render. Viz and Max use backburner to implement a network render, and I know backburner doesn't install when you install ADT. Also, Viz and Max allow you to set up one machine as the server and the others as clients to allow the network render, and I don't see that functionality installed with ADT. Maybe someday....

You can open the DRF in VIZ or MAX and then network render it, if you have VIZ or MAX.
