I'm getting some pretty bad errors with this Air Terminal family and I'm really baffled as to why. Could someone please take a look at it and see if they see something that I'm missing?
I am getting the following errors:
-Revit has experienced an unexpected error. The operation has been cancelled to protect your project from corruption.
-There was not enough room to place the required fittings. Consider increasing the length of the pipes / ducts, or moving them farther apart to generate a solution.
I receive these errors when trying to connect duct to the connection in the family. The duct connection is facing the correct direction and is set up correctly from what I can tell. Flex duct will connect to it just fine and sometimes Round Duct types will connect without problems but the Rectangular ducts do not.
