Pipe Size file

I'm trying to do something as simple as placing a 1.5" pipe. The XML Pipe Size file indicates that this option should be available with pipes using materials Plastic, Carbon Steel and others using a variety of combinations of connection types. However, in MEP, it does not reflect the 1.5" option. Can anyone point out what I am missing here.

OK, I found the problem. The file I am opening does not seem to be reading from the PipeSize.xml file on my machine, but instead is pulling from sizes that are embedded in the Revit project iteslf when it was created on a different machine. Anyone know how to access this pipe size list?

Go to Settings/Project Units/ then change the discipline pulldown at the top to "piping", select "pipe size" and change the "rounding" to what you need. It sounds like your rounding is set to whole inches
