Error Message when purging.....

Has anyone come across this type of error message when either purging or loading in a family:

This action has caused deletion of non-editable Workset ' Family : Doors : JX-45-Lift doors '.

It has become a real nuisance as we are wanting to load in a family and it won't allow us, we also can't complete a purge of the project. I have tried Auditing the model a couple of times but with no additional success.

Have you tried making all worksets editable (including all view, family, and project standard worksets) and then doing a purge unused?

Someone may still own that Family.
Go into the Worksets dialog and check ALL of the boxes at the bottom:

User-Created
Families
Project Standards
ViewsMake sure that no one else is either the Owner or a Borrower.

I have already done all of what both of you have suggested, but still no success.

I'm having the same problem.
Have there been any other solutions?

No solutions offered by Autodesk either - have asked in our support request for an update as we haven't heard anything since posting it in March!
