Hi all,
I have to create some stepped levels in a site. Can anyone help? Please see attached drawing with RLs shown. TIA.

Typically we start with the Existing Site Topo.
Add this in, then simply "Pad" the Topo down to what is required.
If you dont want to do this - simpy draw the topo with points near the Stepping lines of the 2 levels. then simply cut the topo back to the Site Perimeter with the Split Topo Tool & its finished!!
