Solid model corrupt

Hi all,

The problem that I seem to have is when doing 3D modelling using Autocad 2008, I will sometimes get a corrupt solid model when I re-open the drawing.

i.e. Using Acads solid create and edit commands the solid model will appear normal, however when I save and re-open the drawing the solid model has completly changed shape.

This is very annoying as I have to re-do the model. This happen not all the time however this is the second company I have worked for where this has been a problem, therefore I cannot think it being a hardware issue

Any ideas would be of great help.
