Level Heads with editable text

How do I create a level head to where I can change the information as needed. I want to use a level head or spot elevation and be able to change it per intance to read something like "Varies", "See Arch." etc.

Use a spot elevation rather than a level line. You can add in text as neded. Level lines are overused by Revit staff. These should be reserved for main building levels.

If you really don't care about the info you can simply use a generic annotation.

Has anyone figure out a "two line" spot elevation yet. (ie. text stacked)
