Roof Trusses

I am working on a 2 story assisted living facility. I am using metal roof trusses with multiple hips and ridges. I have loaded a truss family and modified it for my energy heel and I find my self having to duplicate the truss every time I want it to be a different length. Is there a truss out there that I can adjust by picking on it and dragging it to the right length like a wall. Also is there a faster way of doing the framing plan like an array or something like that. I need the trusses in the model cause I will be doing multiple sections and details that will require them. Any help will be appreciated

If you want the truss to be parametric you will need to build the family.
Yes you can use array to layout the trusses.
