image crop

in 2006 raster when I cropped a deskewed image with the rectangular crop the image frame matches the crop line.

But now in 2007 when I crop it crops the pixels but it will not retain the crop window as the frame. The frame sits at an angle and gets smaller when the image is cropped but stays at an angle.

So is there a system setting that changes this?

I think it's a change in RD. I'm hoping they have it fixed on the next release.
