Plan Detail Opposite

I did a search and came up empty, but I'm sure this has been addressed before.
Is it possible to create a Plan Detail that has "Opp" rather than "SIM" on the callout head?
I can choose an existing callout, duplicate and give a new name, but it doesn't "stick" - it reverts back to the "SIM".

This has been an issue since somewhere around version 7 or 7.1. Prior to that, you could create different callouts as you described. But for some reason the factory changed it and no longer allows more than one callout type to actually get used in the project.

In the rare instance that we need an Opposite detail designation, I usually just stick a piece of text near the callout head or section arrow. This usually happens near project completion so I don't worry about things moving around too much.

Yup...definitely missed. I have opaque text for "OPP" and "TYP".
Hopefully, it will come back....like TOTO.
