It means that your product has already been activated and doesn't need to be re-activated. If is still asking to be activated you might need to delete your current license and re-activate it.

I m sure that 30 days is running on RAC bcoz, a message appear that I have 29 Days left. Do u know why RAC is hanging before activating?

No particular reason. Have you got internet explorer 6 or better and .net framework 2 on your machine?
