i am wondering if there is a way to have revit highlight a field in a schedule if a value exceeds a set number?
what im tring to do is create area schedule that the cells turn red if the occupant count becomes greater than 25.

Is the purpose of this schedule for quick occupacncy checking? Becuase you could use the Filters tab in Schedule Properties to filter by "Occupancy" "Is greater than" "25"

You can use a formula to drive a yes/no(checkbox).
if(Parameter > Value, yes, no)
