custom paper

We purchased a new plotter - HP Designjwt 500. I instaled it using the Autocad 2000 or > driver. I am unable to add custom paper sizes. Option is grayed out. In the past, I have downloaded Heidi drivers (HDI, *.hif) for our other plotters. I am unable to find one from HP or Autodesk.
