Control Visibility by View Scale?

Hello All,

Is it possible to control the visibility of component objects by view scale?

For example, on a door, I want to see the door pull at elevation scales of 1/4" and heigher, but not at scales of 1/8" or lower.

I know I can add a Yes/No parameter to control the visibility of the pull, but in an ideal world, the component would know when to show the detail.

Somewhere in my travels, I remember seeing a field called "Hide at scales courser than..." Is this parameter only available for view tags?

I think I have a good solution...

I can set the visibility of the door pull to only appear in fine scale, but not course or medium.

You are right, objects visibility is controlled by the level of detail but it is not associated to the scale. Use View Tempalte for that.
