Issue with wall sweeps and plan regions

Has anyone come across this issue? We have a wall sweep representing a footing below grade. If a plan region with view range settings which differ from the host view cross the wall sweep, all wall sweeps in the view disappear. I have included an image of a simple example of this behavior. I have filed a SR but thought I would see if anyone had seen this before.
