I just linked in our Mechanical engineer's MEP Revit file. I love being able to see the ducts and other mechanical systems in all my sections, and outside condensing units on my floor plans. However, I don't want to see their plumbing fixtures on my floor plan. What can I do to control the visibility of linked Revit files? When I go into Visibility/Graphics for my floor plan, under linked Revit files, there is only one checkbox under the MEP file link when I expand the + symbol next to it. I can't believe there isn't more control of this. Am I missing something here?

Patrick,

Go to the Visibility Settings / Revit Links / Under Display Settings select Custom, then go to the Model Categories tab and change Model categories from <By Host View> to Custom and you can turn things On and Off on the linked model.

I hope it helps,

Ah yes, I found that after making the original post.
