Dimension text coming upside down

We use Revit 2008 in our company. Whenever Revit exports dimensioned plans to dwg. most of the dims come upside down in ACAD. When we try to change DIM text vertical position or any dim sys variable in ACAD, it doesnt change. Is there a way to get this right during export from Revit? Please see attached image.

A couple of months ago, I exported a revit file to Cad, and the dimensions look kind of funny, what I did in that case, was just fixed one dimension in Cad and use "match properties" to the rest, fortinately it was a small house, but continuing the question: Is there a better way to do this?, It would be cool if the file exported from Revit to Cad would look exactly the same, don't you guys think?

In the export options, have you tried selecting "All properties BY LAYER, no overrides" and use that to export?
