Toolbar Disappeared

Why did all my Toolbars disappear? Maybe I hit something, by accident to turn them off but I can't get them to come back. I went into View -> Toolbars .. and the dialog comes up but I can't even drag one out on the screen.

I can't figure it out - Please help!!

If there are NO docked toolbars visible, then use the command -TOOLBAR to make one or more visible.

After you get one docked, right click in the dock area (but not on an existing toolbar) and then choose the menugroup and toolbar to show.

I couldn't understand that when I went into the Toolbar Dialog (Customize User Interface dialog) and expanded Toolbars and selected on (say) Dimension, I couldn't find a toggle for Show/Hide.
