I have a curtain wall that is attached to a gable roof. The corner Mullions don't angle at the top with the roof. How do I fix this?

I don't know what version you have,
this document :http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/item?siteID=123112&id=3977521&linkID=3770375
suggest that you may not be able to.
Although I'm sure the very next post will show you how ;)

Michael's reference is basically correct, although there are workarounds for most things in Revit.
Firstly, I'm a bit unclear about the context in which you are using the corner mullion, a picture would help.
One possibility is to just delete the corner mullion and make an in-place sweep, or extrusion , to do the job. It may need a void to trim the top to the desired angle.

Just had a quick play around with this.
Is this the sort of problem you have ? If so, I would look at the In-Place extrusion with a void to cut the top to slope, as I mentioned above.

As a workaround try using the same size mullion along the top, they should "miter" join nicely if you do. The different sizes create a mis-match condition. Probably not the look you want but it should work "better".
