Duplicate notes in Note Block

When I make a new note block for my plan sheet it has 2 6’s. On my plan I am showing 2 callouts referring to number 6 but it is because it is the same situation. How do you make multiple references on the plan while making it only show up once in the note block?

In the noteblock schedule, go to sorting and grouping... sort by number and uncheck itemized every instance...

That should do it.
