We are getting errors while doing families. We are unable to get proper round shape (for arc type, near bends ) which is less than 10 mm. Is there any possibility to get exact round curved shapes / bends when we use sweep profiles. Suggest us if there any solution to solve this .
Revit has a problem with very small arc or circles. When you are getting to the 10mm mark you start to get problems. The reason being that when you go to a 1:100 view you can't see that small an arc so it becomes useless.

You should think about why you're making these families and where you are going to use them. Judging by the fact that you've only got 2 posts on AUGI, I'm guessing that you are new to Revit. When you make families in Revit, it's very easy to over-model. Something as small as 10mm, you'd never be able to see it on a 1:100 scale print., or even a 1:50. Maybe a 1:10, but even there it would be pretty small. Including unneccessary detail will eventually make your model too large to work with, so you want to consider just using a squared-off corner instead of one with a tiny radius.

And completing your post, Dave, these small arcs are noticeable only on screen. When plotted, no one can notice it.
