Dimension String

If I have a string of dimensions and I decide to add an additional dimension to the string can that "added dimension" be attached to the string so it becomes a part of that string rather than an orphaned item.

Select your dimension and notice Edit Witness Lines button in Option Bar and in Context Menu. If pressed it allows adding and deleting references and thus modifies a number of dimension values shown by selected string.

Works fine. I took the command at face value - thought it only changed the witness line not that it linked the dimensions - been at Autocad too too long.
