How would I create a concrete 'mushroom capital' column?

Start a new family using the Structural Column template (or editing an existing family and starting from an existing column, if you prefer) and use the "Solid Form" tools create it with the shape you want. Since it it a mushroom column you'll probably want to use "Solid Revolve".

How do i make a Mushroom column which has three profile, circular(r1) base, circular (r1) mid profile and isosceles triangle at top. note: trianglr location is not in centre of circle. 1/4 towards on face of circle.
when i use mass form and try to make a form using multiple profile it give ugly sharp edges.....
