Measure split regions from the top

This should be easy, but I can't figure it out.

I have a precast panel wall with a split region to show brick in the bottom and 8" high concrete on the top.Unfortunately, it is the brick that is dimensioned. My wall got 8" higher, but i still want only 8" of concrete. I imagine I will have a few different heights but I would like to use the same wall. How do I get the split dimension to start from the top?

Edit your wall properties > Edit/New > Edit > Preview > look at it in section, Click Modify > Select the split line and click on the small arrow. That will change the dimension orientation and the fixed dimension will be concrete.
