Area Schedule Sorting Question...

Hi all...

I'm doing an area schedule, and I'm having trouble sorting the data. Please see the attached.

In a nutshell, I have two areas named "ELEVATOR" and three areas named "SHAFT."

I would like revit to show me a Sum total of all the areas that are named "ELEVATOR."
What am I doing wrong?

Go to the Formatting tab, click on your Area field and check the box for Calculate Totals.
