Family tutorials

I've downloaded the Family Editor Metric Tutorial off the Autodesk web site and it has this to say in the intro:

"...you should have already completed the Family Editor tutorials, About Families and the Family Editor, Parametric Component Design Techniques, and Creating Families to gain a basic understanding of the solid modeling concepts involved in creating Revit MEP content..."

Does anyone know where these other tutorials live?

"About Families and the Family Editor" is Chapter 16 of the MEP 2007 Imperial Tutorial Book. Parametric Component Design Techniques" is Chapter 18. "Creating Families may be referring to Part 4 of the same book. Haven't these guys heard of footnote references?!

I know a thorough tutorial is best for getting started, but if you have specific questions, this is a good place to ask them.
