I would like to add a rows to my window schedule that divides it by floor so that under my column headings I would have a row that says first floor and then after the first floor windows a row that says second floor and then those windows listed.

Also in my door schedule I would like to divide it in the same way but by exterior doors and interior doors.

Is this possible? I haven't been able to figure out how to add these rows. I see where you can split a schedule but it repeats the schedule title and column headings and I still can't have row with a division name.

when your editing your schedule add the level parameter into the scheduled fields. under the sorting tab, sort by level and check the header box. you can hide the level field to clean up the schedule and play around with header text size/underlining/etc as well. the interior/exterior split on the doors would be similar, but you'll have to add a parameter to the doors so revit knows whether they are interior or exterior.
