Using Railing for parking stalls

Once upon a time I found a railing family that was used to make parking stalls. Often different jurisdictions have different ideas about what is a "standard" space Please take a look at the attached file and comment.

If your parking lot is built over a toposurface site, it can't host a railing. It will work if you are using a floor to host it. On top of that, if you floor is sloping because you changed one of its elevation points, the railing won't understand it.
